InsideTrack Partnership
InsideTrack uses the power of coaching to support individuals in achieving their educational and career goals — transforming lives and organizations while creating social change. Since January 2019, the Education Fund has partnered with InsideTrack to provide learners with one-on-one coaching as part of the comprehensive support they need to succeed in accessing their educational benefits and completing their education to advance their degrees. The partnership between the Education Fund and InsideTrack came to fruition as a way for the Education Fund to support our learners and staff as the organization scales — by offering direct, one-to-one coaching, streamlining our pathway offerings, rethinking Career Services, and training our staff to incorporate wraparound, holistic coaching into their learner support.
