Long days, Late nights, Big results

Roberta successfully completed her LVN program with help from the Education Fund’s Tuition Support program. She enrolled in a 12-month, in-person night program while continuing to work full time, often starting her workday at 7 a.m. and attending classes until 10 or 11 p.m. “Once I got the hang of it,” she shared, “I made it through, and it was just one year.” Roberta graduated her LVN program in December 2025 and has already referred coworkers to the Education Fund, confident she will continue using the benefit as she grows her career in healthcare. She has received a pay raise and plans on continuing in her nursing career.
