Honors Graduate Begins New Chapter as a Registered Nurse

With help from the Education Fund’s Tuition Support and Wage Replacement programs, Joan graduated with honors with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Joan is now enrolled in Kaiser’s New Grad RN program . “The Ed Fund’s Tuition Reimbursement provided valuable financial support for my family and me. Additionally, the Wage Replacement allowed me to take the necessary time off to focus on my studies. This support helped me balance my full-time job, schoolwork, and family time effectively. I will tell my coworker to apply for the Ed Fund benefits because they are truly helpful and have been a reason why I am able to finish my school while working full-time.
