Financial Resources
The Education Fund offers a variety of programs and services that ease the financial burden of education for your career. Reimbursement opportunities such as Tuition Support (up to $5250) and for Continuing Education (up to $1500 annually) offer the flexibility you need to choose the school or provider that’s right for you and still receive support.
Earning a new degree or certification can easily cost many thousands of dollars if paying out-of-pocket to private providers on your own. Our Career Pathway programs allow you to earn a new degree or certification with limited or no added cost to you.
If you work at one of the eligible employer-partners, you may also be eligible for the Wage Replacement program which provides payment for an approved work hour reduction allowing you to attend class or study for your education program.
We also offer Career Advice so you can speak one-on-one with one of our expert career counselors about your options and interests. Many of our shorter term classes require no out-of-pocket cost to you and provide training ranging from computer and technical skills to English Language Learning, getting your GED or AHA certification and much more.
The Education Fund offers up to $1,500 reimbursement for costs of Continuing Education Units (CEUs/CMEs), specialty certifications, license fees, study materials/test prep, professional membership costs, and more!
Reimbursement up to a maximum of $5,250 per program for education expenses leading to a degree or certificate that prepares you for a new career in an occupation offered by your current employer.
Employees of select employer partners can reduce their work schedule by as many as 16 hours per pay period (up to 24 hours depending on the schedule you are hired for) in order to attend class, study, or participate in clinicals.
