A Pathway to New Possibilities

Arianna took advantage of her Education Fund benefits by using multiple programs, including Wage Replacement, CE, and Pathways. After starting as a receptionist at Kaiser Permanente Northern California, Arianna Coleman discovered the Education Fund through emails and decided to explore her options. She first completed the Medical Assistant Pathway, then later pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work—with major support from Ed Fund’s Wage Replacement program. “I was still able to be paid through the Ed Fund. It was great for me financially,” she shared. ​
