Cultivating member leadership
The Education Fund’s M2M program has continued to grow and bring in new Member2Members from a wide variety of facilities across all the regions where we work. M2Ms develop and maintain partnerships with union and management leaders to coordinate outreach efforts and address workforce development needs within their facility.
